About the role

• (Senior) Fullstack or Backend Developer supporting the vision of an innovative event platform in Germany. Responsible for technical development, code quality, and mentoring junior developers in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• As an integral part of our tech team, you play a key role in the technical development and innovation of our products
• You actively contribute new feature ideas to the team
• You stand for code quality and ensure a clean, reliable and efficient codebase
• You mentor and support our junior developers through hands-on collaboration and knowledge transfer
• Participate in regular code reviews to promote team-wide learning and quality assurance

Requirements

• You have several years of development experience with Django/Python
• Additional experience with React/React Native is a plus
• You know Git inside out

• You have an analytical mindset and the ability to explain complex issues simply
• With your responsible, reliable and independent working style, you quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks and systems
• You communicate confidently in both German and English, including on technical topics
