About the role
- Senior Full Stack Engineer developing modern applications for Ralph's property management platform. Collaborating across teams to implement new features using cutting-edge technologies in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement new features for the Ralph platform, collaborating with Product, Design, and Operations teams.
- Architect and develop cutting‑edge applications for the Ralph platform using Next.js, React, and other modern technologies to deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features within our full‑stack team — using modern tools such as React Server Components and React Server Functions.
- Collaborate with the design team and the CEO to ensure the design aligns with the product vision and user needs.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years as a Full‑Stack Engineer and in developing scalable web applications.
- Able to hit the ground running with our tech stack.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams — including Sales and Design — gather feedback, and incorporate it into product development.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Strong knowledge in defining and implementing automated testing frameworks and best practices to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Proactive commitment to staying up to date with new technologies and industry trends and integrating new solutions meaningfully into existing workflows.
