About the role

Responsibilities
- Implement new features for the Ralph Platform, working closely with the Product, Design and Operations teams.
- Architect and develop cutting-edge applications for the Ralph Platform using Next.js and React.
- Take ownership of features end-to-end in our full-stack team.
- Collaborate with the Design team and CEO to ensure alignment with the product vision and user needs.
- Partner with highly ambitious and motivated individuals passionate about cutting-edge technologies and AI.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years as a full-stack engineer.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering scalable web applications.
- Proficiency in our tech stack including Next.js, React, and other modern technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and design.
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior engineers.
- Proficiency in defining and implementing automated testing frameworks and best practices.
- A proactive approach to staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
