About the role
- Analista Projetos Pleno- Comercial managing commercial projects for Raízen in Barueri, São Paulo. Supporting project management tasks and ensuring delivery alignment with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress with respect to timeline, cost, and quality.
- Ensure delivery commitments are met in collaboration with the relevant departments.
- Update routines, documentation, status reports, and action plans.
- Prepare materials and presentations for committees, executive leadership, and other stakeholders.
- Track project KPIs and recommend adjustments when necessary.
- Support cross-functional integration between Tech, Business, Suppliers, and other teams.
- Facilitate alignment meetings between Tech, suppliers, and business units.
- Implement, together with leadership, insights from post-mortems/lessons learned.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO methodologies, processes, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Experience in commercial project management.
- Analysis of sales and performance metrics.
- Mapping of commercial processes.
- Pipeline management and tracking of targets.
- Understanding of channels, customers, and the sales/customer journey.
- Proficiency with tools such as CRM, Power BI, and Excel to support decision-making.
- Preferred: Certifications in Scrum, Kanban, PMP, or PMO.
