Responsibilities
Conduct individual sessions with professionals undergoing career transitions, providing personalized guidance
Perform professional assessments and analyze behavioral and technical profiles
Review and structure presentation materials (resume, LinkedIn profile, and cover letter)
Prepare candidates for interviews through mock interviews, feedback, and argumentation strategies
Identify opportunities aligned with candidates' profiles and advise on active job-prospecting strategies
Identify partnership or collaboration opportunities for clients and facilitate introductions to interested firms
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
A degree in Law will be considered a plus
Certification in coaching or career mentoring will be valued
Courses related to people management are a plus
Previous experience in job placement, outplacement, career consulting, HR, or headhunting
Experience in personal brand management (personal branding)
Knowledge of the job market, market trends, and professional positioning
Familiarity with behavioral profiling tests (DISC and others)
Proficiency with assessment tools (tests, questionnaires, interviews, and simulations)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to conduct interviews and guidance sessions
Analytical ability to evaluate technical and behavioral competencies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Calendar, Gmail, WhatsApp Business, Teams, Zoom, and OneDrive; familiarity with Bitrix24 is a plus
