About the role
- Data Analytics Project Manager at R3 Continuum responsible for executing data analytics initiatives. Leading teams to support business objectives through actionable insights and project management.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering data analytics initiatives that support strategic business objectives
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable analytics projects while ensuring alignment with R3’s strategy, commitments and departmental goals
- Lead cross-functional teams of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Architects and stakeholders, managing timelines, resources, and risks across multiple concurrent projects
- Spearhead large-scale data integration projects, enhance decision-making through actionable insights and significantly reduce processing times
- Provide clear updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and maintain an updated document library
- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science or related field
- Master’s degree, preferred
- PMP or Agile certification, preferred
- 5 years of experience in a Project Manager or equivalent role required; preferably in analytic or data-driven environments
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, with a focus on sprint planning, JIRA management, and stakeholder communication
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Understanding of analytics concepts, data visualization, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with SQL and data querying
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or related software
