About the role

  • Analista de Projetos integrating BIM technology for efficient management of construction projects across Brazil. Contributing technical solutions in various residential and commercial endeavors.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in technical decision-making on large projects;
  • Contribute to the development of technical and strategic solutions for residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across Brazil;
  • Actively participate in project development meetings, highlighting critical areas and opportunities to increase the efficiency of engineering systems;
  • Work with BIM technology;
  • Perform BIM model coordination, identifying clashes, technical inconsistencies, missing information and/or undefined elements between architectural and engineering disciplines, and propose integrated, cost-effective solutions aligned with client objectives and approvals;
  • Proactively analyze project needs by applying technical knowledge across core disciplines, participating in discussions, and anticipating risks and inconsistencies with practical solutions;
  • Develop a broad, holistic view of the project;
  • Apply a systems perspective in analyses, evaluating how proposed solutions impact schedules and outcomes;
  • Connect different aspects of the project to deliver coherent and effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, not necessarily required to size structural or MEP systems;
  • Knowledge of building installations (design and/or on-site execution);
  • Basic knowledge of project coordination (clash coordination);
  • Experience developing structural designs or executive architectural design for construction projects;
  • Knowledge of construction execution, especially for buildings;
  • Familiarity with the BIM methodology;
  • Experience with BIM coordination tools (Solibri/Navisworks);
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Production Civil Engineering or Technical qualification in Building/Construction (Técnico de Edificações).
