Responsibilities
- Support QVC and HSN live shows
- Make decisions to maximize sales
- Execute Category Production strategy
- Lead the Broadcast Team
- Provide real time feedback
- Direct all elements of the show
- Problem-solve on the fly
- Work with Hosts to position the show
- Monitor the energy level of the show
- Tease and promote upcoming shows
- Map out shifts and identify scripting issues
- Read email and show recaps for ideas
- Follow up with accountable next action steps
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required
- Five years live Broadcasting experience
- Background in Electronic Retailing beneficial
- Solid knowledge of live Television Production
- Basic understanding of Marketing and Sales
- Understanding of TV Sales strategy and the importance of planning
