About the role
- Legal Counsel advising on supplier contracts and E-Commerce law for QVC in Germany. Joining a dynamic international team to support legal initiatives across various projects.
Responsibilities
- Advising on all legal matters related to supplier contracts and ancillary agreements
- Advising and supporting the drafting of marketing, social media, influencer, content creator, image/content and guest agreements, as well as agreements for the use of broadcast recordings and video material
- Handling insolvency-related issues in the supplier environment
- Supporting the identification of relevant legislative initiatives, analyzing their impact, and assisting with implementation by the respective business units
- Legal advice and support for cross-functional projects
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer with strong knowledge of e‑commerce and contract law, commercial and competition law, and consumer protection law
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in an international law firm, in an international company, or in a comparable role
- Excellent technical knowledge and practical experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation, including in English
- Good commercial awareness and interest in business issues
- Solution-oriented and agile working style, able to perform under significant pressure
- Very structured and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills internally and externally (German and English)
- Enjoys working in an international team and a dynamic environment
- Good presentation and organizational skills
