As a member of the Technical Support team, you will make an impact on our customers by providing remote support in technical and diagnostic areas.
Investigate, troubleshoot and manage customer complaints and requests related to chemistry, instruments and software.
Maintain your technical skills, knowledge of company procedures and customer relationship skills.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Participate in on-call rotations.
Contribute to process improvements.
Participate in meetings with subsidiaries, either on-site or by conference call.
Requirements
Qualification as a medical laboratory technician, biomedical/technical technician or in life sciences; experience in customer relationship management or medical laboratory work is a plus.
Degree in one of the following disciplines: Chemistry, Biology, Sciences, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering.
Computer networking skills would be an asset.
Willingness to become an expert in new technologies.
Passion for communication and customer service.
Fluency in Italian and Spanish.
English is an advantage.
