Requirements
- Formación: Ingeniería Industrial, Informática, Administración o carrera afín.
- Experiencia: mínimo 3–5 años gestionando proyectos de tecnología o transformación digital.
- Conocimientos técnicos:
- o Aplicación práctica de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
- o Manejo de herramientas de gestión (Jira, Trello, Asana o similares).
- o Elaboración de cronogramas, presupuestos y reportes ejecutivos.
- Certificaciones valoradas: Scrum Master, PMI-ACP o similares.
- Competencias personales: liderazgo colaborativo, pensamiento analítico, comunicación efectiva, organización y orientación a resultados.
