About the role

Responsibilities
- Planning and execution of feasibility studies for new production processes and manufacturing aids (fixtures and tools)
- Providing ad-hoc support in production and ensuring the technical prerequisites for production output
- Participation in the Product Development Process (PEP) and in the product-sustaining process
- Designing and implementing new production workflows and actively participating in shop floor management
- Creating and evaluating defect documentation during prototype assembly
- Preparing manufacturing documentation and work plans for production
Requirements
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Relevant professional experience in industry, preferably in manufacturing
- Technical knowledge of mechatronic systems as well as measurement and testing technology
- Sound knowledge of Continuous Improvement (CIP) and Lean
- Team player with a willingness to work in cross-functional teams
- High degree of independence and a strong sense of responsibility
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Confident user of MS Office; ERP experience is desirable
