About the role
- Accountant responsible for IFRS-focused accounting and process implementation at Quest One. Collaborating with the accounting team and ensuring compliance with regulations in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Erarbeitung einer fundierten und nachhaltigen IFRS-fokussierten Buchhaltung gemäß Konzernvorgaben.
- Verantwortung für die fristgerechte monatliche Übertragung der Ergebniszahlen in die Reporting- und Konsolidierungssysteme des Shareholders.
- Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Prozessimplementierungen sowie Abbildung dieser Prozesse im ERP-System.
- Verantwortung für die Überleitungsrechnung IFRS–HGB.
- Unterstützung des Accounting-Teams bei Bedarf.
- Mitwirkung am Jahresabschluss sowie kompetente Kommunikation mit Wirtschaftsprüfer*innen und den Auditor*innen der internen Revision des Shareholders.
- Ansprechpartnerfunktion für steuerliche Themen im Bereich IFRS gegenüber dem Mutterkonzern.
- Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Anfragen sowie Übernahme von Ad-hoc-Projekten.
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Accounting
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der internationalen Rechnungslegung (IFRS) sowie gute Kenntnisse des HGB.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting oder Konzernrechnungswesen, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld.
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie Erfahrung in der Abbildung und Implementierung von Finanzprozessen.
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um komplexe finanzielle Sachverhalte adressatengerecht zu vermitteln (Shareholder, Wirtschaftsprüfer*innen, Auditor*innen etc.).
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Zahlenaffinität, kombiniert mit einer präzisen, strukturierten und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise.
- Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität und hoher Zuverlässigkeit.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
