  • Directeur Business Développement driving growth for Quaternaire’s client transformation projects. Building high-level relationships and delivering tailored solutions to complex challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and win new business
  • Actively prospect and secure meetings
  • Understand clients' business challenges
  • Develop strong proposals together with a Client Director
  • Attend events and represent Quaternaire
  • Drive Quaternaire’s growth

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in complex B2B sales
  • Ability to engage with executives and understand their priorities
  • Background in an IT services company (ESN) with proven experience in complex sales
  • Experience as a Key Account Manager (KAM)
  • Experience as a manager in another consulting firm
  • Experience as the leader of a small consulting company
