Requirements

- Excellent Englisch and German skills, both written and spoken
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, for data-driven project evaluations
- High communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Strong team spirit combined with initiative and proactive mindset
- Experience in project controlling, ideally within R&D, technology, or innovation environments and EU-Funding
- Proficient in ERP and reporting systems
