About the role
- DevOps & Cloud Engineer planning, building, and operating modern infrastructure at QualityMinds. Supporting CI/CD pipeline development and analyzing complex business problems while advising clients.
Responsibilities
- Planning, building, and operating modern infrastructure environments (on-premises, cloud, hybrid, Kubernetes)
- Supporting the development, maintenance, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Actions, ArgoCD, GitLab CI, GitHub, or Jenkins)
- Analyzing complex business problems and developing appropriate IT solutions
- Advising on scalability, cost, security, and architecture
- Taking responsibility for planning and implementing technical projects – from concept to delivery
Requirements
- Several years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or systems engineering
- Practical experience with container technologies (Kubernetes), Linux, and CI/CD development
- Solid knowledge of networking technologies and server infrastructures as well as at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience building highly available and geo-redundant architectures
- Ability to document complex technical topics clearly and structurally
- Ability to explain technical topics understandably – to both developers and non-technical stakeholders
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Consulting mindset and close collaboration with our clients
- Proficiency in German and English (B2/C1)
