About the role
- Commercial Intelligence Analyst supporting data collection and analysis in the healthcare sector. Collaborating with teams to generate actionable insights and enhance decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize and structure market, competitor and customer data with a focus on the healthcare sector, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Support market, competitor and benchmarking analyses, contributing inputs for studies and strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools, enabling the generation of actionable insights for different business areas.
- Monitor KPIs and targets, helping identify trends, variances and areas of attention for the business.
- Assist in preparing materials and analyses for presentations, progressively developing the ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely.
- Pursue continuous learning in new methodologies, analytical and data visualization tools, including the use of Artificial Intelligence solutions applied to data analysis, under the guidance of more senior professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Previous experience in Commercial Intelligence or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI)
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization
- Familiarity with the supplementary healthcare sector, health plan operators, insurance and/or ANS (Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency) regulations
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Organizational skills and sense of responsibility
- Proactivity and willingness to learn
