Responsibilities
- Actively lead and facilitate agile delivery in a hybrid delivery world
- Coordinate and align ART activities with the QBE's strategic direction
- Attract, select, develop, motivate, train, retain and manage a high-quality matrix workforce

- Develop and maintain processes and tools for effective management of the ART

Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within a Technology function
- Significant experience leading Agile teams in a hybrid delivery world
- Extensive experience in successful implementation of large-scale business transformation programs and projects, continuous improvement and enhancements
- Demonstrable process/continuous improvement experience
- Experience leading large teams and growing professional delivery resources
- Experience in demand management processes, planning, and allocating resources
