About the role
- Mid AEM Fullstack Developer maintaining and enhancing Adobe Experience Manager applications for PwC Poland. Collaborating with teams and following Agile methodologies for high availability and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and enhancing existing applications built on AEM (backend, frontend, and content management)
- Diagnosing and resolving production incidents and issues
- Implementing fixes, improvements, and minor functional extensions in the AEM environment
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring high availability and reliability
- Collaborating with technical support teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
- Following best practices and guidelines related to Application Managed Services
- Participating in regular reviews, reporting, and change management processes
- Working within Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (backend, frontend, and content management)
- Strong knowledge of Java/JEE technologies, OSGi, Sling, and JCR repository
- Ability to diagnose and resolve production issues efficiently
- Basic frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) relevant to AEM development
- Experience in Application Managed Services, or in maintaining and supporting applications, is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with incident, change, and deployment management tools and processes (e.g., Jira, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and technical teams.
