Responsibilities
Social media management and community engagement: Manage PUSH's Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn accounts. Plan and publish content aligned with the editorial strategy. Engage with the community: respond, share and moderate.
Content creation & strategy: Design posts, stories, Reels and videos that highlight artists and PUSH’s culture. Oversee promotion of our flagship formats (Instant Talent, PUSH Talk). Collaborate with the design team and media unit to ensure visual consistency.
Analysis & monitoring: Track publication performance (KPIs) and draw actionable recommendations. Identify social media trends and propose new formats.
Requirements
Currently studying communication, digital marketing or social media.
Organized, curious and detail‑oriented — but above all driven by creativity and culture.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving start-up environment.
Passionate about music, indie artists, social platforms and creative strategies.
