About the role

• Senior ERP Software Developer tackling complex challenges across HR, Supply Chain, Finance, and clinical operations. Leveraging Oracle tools to build data pipelines and insights.

Responsibilities

• Build robust data pipelines and integrate complex datasets across the enterprise
• Partner with analysts, vendors, and IS teams to design, code, and troubleshoot applications
• Lead project teams and mentor peers
• Optimize business processes and drive innovation from concept to release

Requirements

• 5 or more years of application design, development, implementation and/or maintenance of large scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• 2 or more years of demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience
• 2 or more years of experience with implementation or support of Oracle Cloud Suite (HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain and/or Finance)
• 2 or more years of experience with large scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects
• Expertise in fact and dimension data modeling
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for complex data extraction, transformation, and loading scenarios
