About the role

• Risk Management Claims Representative overseeing risk application software administration at Providence Medical Foundation. Developing data tools and managing day-to-day application operations with process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ongoing administration of Risk application software, currently Datix or similar system.
• Familiar with all aspects of the application and related modules and will operate administrative functions for the application.
• Develops and distributes data/reports and decision making tools used throughout the organization.
• Coordinates with end users and project stakeholders to continue to make enhancements to the application.
• Manages the day to day operations of the application including maintenance of active reports.
• Seeks to streamline and create efficiencies within the application through the use of process improvement methodologies.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent education/experience
• 1 year of experience with use of database systems and analysis of data.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred)
