About the role

• Senior Product Manager role at Progress in Bengaluru driving ShareFile product vision and strategy. Collaborating across teams to deliver core content collaboration experiences and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive vision, strategy and roadmap for ShareFile’s core content collaboration experiences and the full suite of ShareFile clients
• Be the voice of the customer and ability to leverage user feedback to understand how users engage with the product and drive meaningful outcomes for business
• Ability to use data to generate actionable insights and leverage insights to achieve product goals
• Developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and market needs
• Defining clear roadmap of prioritized features and initiatives that deliver against that vision
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful product launches
• Engaging with key stakeholders, such as executives, customers, and partners, to gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a similar field
• Experience working with SaaS and Technology, software applications in B2B or B2C
• Experience with data analysis, competitive analysis, business and market trends
• Prior experience with document management and reporting is desirable.
• Master’s degree is a plus
• Experience in a customer-facing role, consulting, customer success, support, sales, or business development is a plus
