- Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve defects/issues of test or production environments. Follow up and maintenance of the relevant tools (i.e. Jira).
- Support UAT environments and maintain test PCs.
- Project Documentation & Support: Provide support in creating and updating project documentation as required.
Requirements
- A BSc in Computer Science, Financial Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, particularly with software products.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven track record of conveying complex ideas clearly.
- Prior experience in the banking domain is a plus.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with global reach.
- A hands-on, proactive approach.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
