Responsibilities
Accurate and timely recording of all daily accounting transactions and invoice entries in the ERP system.
Assistance in monitoring and verifying incoming and outgoing invoices through the myDATA portal to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Assistance in the preparation and submission of VAT returns, withholding taxes, and other statutory tax obligations.
Verification, allocation, posting, and reconciliation of accounts payable, bank transactions, and other accounting entries.
Assistance in cross-checking monthly payroll reports to ensure the accuracy of calculations.
Maintenance of a well-organized digital filing system for corporate records and supporting documentation.
Assistance in the preparation of financial reports and general ledger entries.
Processing invoices and managing accounts payable activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, with strong emphasis on Excel.
Very good knowledge of Greek GAAP.
Knowledge of myDATA
Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Very good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
High level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
Willingness to learn and pursue continuous professional development.
