Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global supply chain strategy aligned with Princess Polly’s commercial and sustainability goals.
- Build and mentor high-performing, cross-regional teams that drive accountability and innovation.
- Manage supplier relationships across Asia and new sourcing markets, ensuring quality, speed, and ethical compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and risk mitigation to strengthen end-to-end visibility.
- Embed responsible sourcing and lower-impact materials into every step of our supply chain.
- Oversee air and sea freight strategies, customs, and last-mile delivery, balancing cost with speed to market.
- Manage tariff engineering, duty optimization, and trade compliance to protect margins and uphold ethical standards.
- Partner with Buying, Planning, Finance, DC Operations, and Sustainability teams to drive data-led decisions and agile responses to market demand.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in global supply chain leadership, ideally in fashion, apparel, or consumer goods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Proven success managing supply chains across Asia (China, Vietnam) and new sourcing regions.
- Expertise in logistics, tariff engineering, and international trade compliance.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience balancing cost, quality, and speed to market.
- Track record in sustainable procurement and ethical sourcing practices.
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing global teams.
- Proficiency in ERP or supply chain systems and data-driven decision-making.
