About the role

  • Product Designer improving customer support and conversion for motor insurance company, Prima. Utilizing design thinking and user feedback to enhance user experiences and support processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze user needs through interviews, workshops, and shadowing sessions with both internal teams and end customers.
  • Map workflows and pain points, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities across processes like policy management, support interactions, and underwriting flows.
  • Design clear and intuitive interfaces that simplify complex tasks such as reviewing documentation, managing customer cases, or supporting operational decisions.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to test and validate solutions early with real users.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation aligned with business and user needs.
  • Contribute to a scalable and consistent design system, creating reusable components and patterns that support complex operational environments.
  • Ensure accessibility and usability, following UX best practices and internal guidelines.
  • Run user testing and gather feedback after each release to continuously refine and improve experiences.
  • Translate usage data and metrics (e.g., error rates, completion times, frequency of use) into actionable design decisions.
  • Refine visual design, ensuring clarity, consistency, and modern aesthetics across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Experience: in product design, preferably in product companies
  • Portfolio: A portfolio that demonstrates deep expertise in UX/UI designs, design thinking, creation of user flows with variable complexity.
  • Data mindset: Comfortable reading analytics dashboards, understanding funnels and translating data into actions.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Tokens, Component Libraries). Knowledge of prototyping and handoff best practices.
  • Accessibility: Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) and ability to design components and patterns that meet those standards.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
  • Continuous Learning: Curiosity for exploring new design methods, product improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
