About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for testing products and features developed in-house and by third party vendors.
- Identifies bugs, deviations from the product definition, and confusing user interface features.
- Records bugs and concerns with a detailed description to help track down the source of the bug and give detailed instructions for duplicating the bug.
- Interacts with other individuals to give them operational and technical support.
- Provides operational and technical support to field staff.
- Documents issues that field staff have with products for consideration in future product enhancements.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Associates Degree in electronics or related field is preferred.
- Individuals with an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
- Two years of experience with PRC-Saltillo assistive devices is desired.
