About the role

  • Telesales representative for prenode engaging industrial companies, promoting IoT and AI solutions. Managing leads and establishing new contacts through various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone first contact with industry decision-makers – you convert leads into appointments
  • Coordination with experts in technical sales
  • Development and optimization of outreach strategies & CRM processes
  • Presence at trade shows / events to establish new contacts
  • Provide analysis and feedback from day-to-day sales activities and contribute to improvements

Requirements

  • Passion for sales & enjoyment of phone-based outreach
  • Experience in B2B telephone sales or comparable high-quality prospecting
  • German at native level, very good English
  • Confident with Office applications & ideally CRM systems
  • Ability to communicate technical topics (e.g., AI, Industry 4.0) clearly
  • Experience with sales tools, lead scoring, automation (nice-to-haves)
  • Affinity for technology, IoT, digitalization (nice-to-haves)
  • Some experience with trade shows & events (nice-to-haves)
