About the role
- Lead the planning and development of digital experiences at Pottencial. Collaborate in strategic workshops, ensuring user-centered design aligned with company identity.
Responsibilities
- Plan and develop navigation flows aligned with the company's identity and user needs;
- Conduct research, interviews, and usability testing to validate hypotheses and inform design decisions;
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual components in alignment with the company's Design System;
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across all digital touchpoints;
- Participate in delivery acceptance with QA to ensure visual consistency of components;
- Monitor adoption and engagement metrics for solutions (via Clarity and Google Analytics), proposing continuous improvements;
- Lead the evolution of the Design System and promote interface best practices;
- Serve as the UX product reference, driving continuous improvement of the digital experience;
- Develop design guidelines and documentation to ensure visual consistency across projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Microsoft Office suite;
- Project Management;
- Design Thinking, UX Research, and UX Writing;
- Figma, Adobe XD, etc.;
- Advanced knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and interaction design principles;
- Experience creating interaction designs, wireframes, wireflows, and conducting usability/navigation testing;
- UX/UI design certification;
- Plus: Experience with animations and micro-interactions;
- Design methodologies and agile methodologies;
