Responsibilities
- Provide support to the team and partners on data-related tasks (sending datasets, resolving discrepancies, and performing validations);
- Develop and execute automation scripts for daily and weekly routines;
- Develop indicator dashboards and perform regular maintenance;
- Create and update spreadsheets, dashboards, forms, and presentations using Microsoft tools;
- Conduct measurement and analysis of costs, results, trends, and projections;
- Monitor and track established indicators/KPIs;
- Maintain data integrity and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database structures;
- Basic ETL knowledge;
- Proficiency in Power BI and DAX;
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, data connections, conditional formulas such as SUMIF, COUNTIF, logical operators AND/OR, etc.);
- Knowledge of a programming language for automations — preferably Python;
- Analytical mindset and strong logical reasoning;
- Ability to work with routine tasks, organized and able to prioritize;
- Knowledge of basic statistics and financial mathematics (measures of central tendency, interest calculations, financial functions).
