About the role

  • IT DevOps Engineer HR developing HR systems for PostGroup. Responsible for SuccessFactors and providing 3rd Level Support in a digitalization context.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Succession & Development
  • 3rd-level support and service management for HR solutions
  • Support in implementing the cloud strategy

Requirements

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Computer Science
  • Several years of experience as an IT module consultant in the HR domain
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and, if applicable, SAP ERP HCM
  • Familiarity with traditional (waterfall) and agile (Scrum) IT project methodologies
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
