Responsibilities
- Act as the focal point for receiving, organizing, and internalizing client requests, including commercial, technical, logistical, and operational topics.
- Conduct structured follow-up of requests with internal areas (product, engineering, finance, sales administration, services, international trade, and others).
- Ensure deadlines, clarity of responsibilities, predictability, and fulfillment of deliverables.
- Perform recurring follow-ups, track status, risks, and outstanding items for requests.
- Interact directly with clients to align expectations and collect/validate information.
- Support the commercial team in pre- and post-sales phases, reducing friction between internal teams and clients.
- Prepare monitoring reports, status reports, and request records in a clear and transparent manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Experience in project management, corporate client service, and handling multidisciplinary requests.
- Knowledge of project management and activity tracking tools.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage simultaneous requests.
- Certification or familiarity with project methodologies (Scrum, PMP, PMBOK, Kanban).
- Experience with clients in the acquiring/payment methods industry.
- Intermediate English for communication and reading documentation.
