About the role

  • Provide operational and organizational support to the legal team, with a focus on Licensing (permits and location licenses).
  • Monitor and proactively control permits and licenses, tracking expiration dates.
  • Ensure organization of legalization documentation and follow up with responsible areas to request and regularize documents.
  • Track payment slips and other documents required to maintain legal compliance of the units.
  • Provide support to the Union Relations area.
  • Assist in preparing union-related documents, such as notifications, responses, and other communications.
  • Assist with the volume of requests in the Projuris system.
  • Support the team in preparing presentations and other legal-area documents.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Law degree program.
  • Basic English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, keep controls up to date, and ensure traceability and efficiency of legal processes.
  • Strong attention to detail regarding information and documents, seeking technical accuracy and compliance in legal and administrative deliveries.
  • Proactive attitude, ability to anticipate needs, seek solutions, and adapt quickly to the department's varied demands.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly and efficiently to deadlines and time-sensitive situations.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Labor and Union Law and of unit regularization and licensing processes is a plus.
