About the role

  • Graphic designer at CIEE creating visual materials for marketing and events. Engaging in social media strategies and collaborating with multiple teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate email marketing delivery reports.
  • Create certificates and physical/electronic invitations for the events department intended for target audiences.
  • Submit supplier payment authorization requests.
  • Manage the formalization of service contracts related to the area.
  • Design physical and printed materials to promote CIEE.
  • Create visual elements and assets for publications and updates on the intranet, CIEE portal, social media, and email marketing.
  • Produce digital materials for online distribution and publication.
  • Design artwork, layout, and prepare print-ready files.
  • Monitor social media activities to propose strategies for adoption by the Communications Management.
  • Develop analytical reports on results from social media campaigns, email marketing initiatives, and website traffic.
  • Create logos and visual identities for projects.
  • Animate and edit videos for distribution.
  • Develop special pages and/or microsites for specific projects.
  • Perform image retouching and editing for various purposes.
  • Engage with users on CIEE social media channels.
  • Support management in coordinating activities and the team.
  • Monitor performance indicators for the area and implement improvements.
  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of the area's budget.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
  • Advise immediate management on matters related to area/unit processes.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Experience: 2 years in similar roles
  • Specific knowledge: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite, Canva, AI platforms and web platforms
