About the role

  • Vice President leading buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements at Portage Point Partners. Requires deep FDD exposure and strong analytical leadership in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute FDD engagements including Quality of Earnings (QoE), working capital analysis, revenue/EBITDA analysis and cash flow reviews
  • Manage carve-outs, synergy assessments and integration reviews
  • Deliver high-quality work products aligned with US standards
  • Act as primary contact for US-based engagement teams and clients
  • Present findings to senior stakeholders effectively
  • Manage multiple engagements and mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to building Portage Point’s India presence, frameworks and best practices

Requirements

  • Six to eight years of experience in Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Advisory
  • Strong exposure to US transactions, private equity clients and US GAAP
  • Ability to lead teams and deliver under tight timelines
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills with US stakeholders
  • Proven experience in high-pressure, client-facing environments
