About the role

• Senior Consultant advising clients on SAP FI/CO system implementations in finance sector. Driving digital transformation and leading project phases from strategy to implementation.

Responsibilities

• You advise our clients on the implementation, harmonization and strategic development of their SAP FI/CO systems in the context of S/4HANA Finance.
• You apply SAP Best Practices and support all project phases — from analysis through design and customizing to testing, rollouts and go-live — and beyond.
• You support banks and insurance companies in the digital realignment of their finance and controlling processes and system landscapes and assist them in the transition from SAP ERP to S/4HANA Finance.
• Depending on needs, you take on team and project leadership.
• With your expertise you develop sophisticated functional concepts in accounting and share your knowledge internally through workshops and training.

Requirements

• You hold a university degree and have several years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on SAP FI/CO.
• You are familiar with accounting processes as well as their functional and technical mapping in SAP.
• You have very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English.
• Thanks to your strong IT affinity, you are comfortable working with digital solutions.
• You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, demonstrating initiative, perseverance and a focus on what matters.
