Responsibilities
Welcome customers by presenting our different offerings, answering questions, and providing a short Hawaiian culinary experience from order-taking to payment
Take orders for dine-in and takeaway via various platforms while managing the flow of delivery drivers
Lead and supervise teams during service
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
Implement and ensure correct application of operational production processes
Oversee proper procurement and stock management
Manage operational HR tasks: recruitment, training, scheduling, setting objectives, working time management, annual reviews, etc.
Foster a positive team spirit within the restaurant
Monitor key restaurant performance indicators and implement corrective actions when necessary
Requirements
Minimum two years' experience in restaurant management
Organized and detail-oriented: comfortable with numbers and reporting tools
Energetic and curious: you enjoy being hands-on, taking initiative, and working in a young, dynamic environment
You have a natural affinity for operations and want to develop in a stimulating environment
Benefits
