Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor software engineers across multiple teams, fostering a culture of engineering excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight for solutions built using Angular, .NET (C#), and modern service based architectures
- Ensure strong engineering practices including code quality, test automation, security, performance, and operational resilience
- Partner with architects and platform teams to modernize legacy systems and reduce technical debt in core servicing platforms
- Champion DevOps principles and continuous delivery practices across teams
- Drive automation across build, test, deployment, and operational monitoring
- Own delivery outcomes for assigned initiatives, ensuring commitments are met with high quality
- Manage project planning, execution, and dependency coordination across multiple initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong technical background with hands on experience in: .NET / C#, Angular, API based and service oriented architectures
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams in a complex, regulated environment
- Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern SDLC practices
- Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and OpenShift
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
