About the role
- Business Exp Plan & Admin Spec Sr. collaborating with cross-functional teams for PNC's Enterprise Technology & Security Organization. Delivering business planning processes and value-add opportunities while managing projects across physical security.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods
- Executes key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives
- Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes
- Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals
- Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy
- Assists in preparing all materials for any committee approvals required to support new project funding request/need
- Develops reporting packages that illustrate equipment upgrades, spend, work status and timelines for completion
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- Strong professional background in project coordination/management
- Understanding of Invoicing and Finance protocol and processing
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
- solid attention to detail managing to Physical Security protection standards
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
