About the role
- Business Systems Analyst Consultant working with business SMEs and Agile teams at PNC. Analyzing business rules and documenting requirements for cross-functional applications.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather, analyze, and document business rules, decisioning requirements, and process flows as needed
- Analyze systems and business processes to perform impact analysis on new requirements and existing rules
- Gain a deep understanding of the team's rule-based systems
- Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and accurate User Stories
- Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies
- Collaborate closely with the Application Owner, Application Manager, and Product Owner
- Support the Quality Engineer team in validating that the implemented rules and features meet the business requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Bachelor's degree
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification preferred
- Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction
