About the role

  • Plan, coordinate and execute the handover process of an offshore converter station from project phase to operational phase
  • Create and implement a handover plan
  • Ensure completeness and quality of all technical and operational documentation
  • Coordinate acceptance procedures (MC, RFC, RFO) with operations
  • Track and follow up on open issues
  • Perform structured transfer of all relevant data, systems and evidences to operations
  • Serve as central point of contact for the handover process
  • Implement, carry out and further develop the handover process
  • Identify and manage relevant stakeholders on all handover matters
  • Adapt and update project-specific handover checklists
  • Organize, prepare, conduct and follow up on handover meetings
  • Plan and moderate internal and external workshops
  • Prepare and quality-assure handover packages (including document and metadata checks)
  • Maintain and follow up an issues/ open items list
  • Organize and deliver training on handover topics
  • Maintain and adjust handover-relevant metadata in cooperation with document management and training coordination
  • Maintain continuous communication with all relevant stakeholders
  • Create and maintain templates
  • Contribute to standardization of handover processes across programs
  • Support the documentation process and document control

Requirements

  • Experience in project and handover management of complex industrial and energy facilities (ideally offshore converter stations or comparable infrastructure projects)
  • Knowledge of commissioning and acceptance processes (MC, RFC, RFO)
  • Confident use of documentation and data management systems as well as completion management systems
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a structured, proactive working style
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • University degree (Bachelor/Master) preferably in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration or comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of SAP R/3 (MM) and/or SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience with documentation and collaboration systems as well as completion management systems (e.g. ThinkProject, PIMS)
  • Offshore certificates according to GWO/BOSIET standards
