Responsibilities
Unterstützung bei der strategischen und operativen Planung zur Einführung unserer Softwareprodukte beim Kunden
Erarbeitung von Lösungen, um Kunden in der Nutzung unserer Produkte zu schulen und unsere Software zu integrieren
Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur für unser Customer Success Team (Ausbau von Ticketing-System, Schulungspläne-/unterlagen, Knowledgebase, FAQs, etc.)
Kommunizieren und koordinieren der Wünsche der Kunden an unser Produkt-Team
Unterstützung bei der Schulung der Nutzergruppen beim Kunden
Requirements
Student*in im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Projekt-) Management, Kommunikation, Business Analytics, Consulting, Sales oder eines ähnlichen Studiengangs / Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich
Erste Erfahrungen im agilen Projektmanagement und Scrum Methode / Projektmanagementsoftware
Lust unsere Kunden für innovative KI-Software zu begeistern und entsprechende Projekte mitzugestalten
Eigenverantwortliche und organisierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Reisebereitschaft bis zu 10 % (Deutschland und Europa)
Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch-Kenntnisse (interkulturelle Kompetenz)
