About the role

  • Full Stack Engineer developing end-to-end features for innovative AI productivity solutions at Plaud. Collaborating with teams to build scalable web applications and ensure engineering standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end features across frontend and backend to support Teams, B2B, and D2C initiatives.
  • Develop scalable, modular web applications and integrate with business-facing service APIs.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Business teams to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
  • Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of web applications in production environments.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and cross-team coordination to maintain engineering standards.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of full-stack software engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
  • Solid backend development experience (Go, Java, or similar) with RESTful API integration
  • Experience building scalable, modular web applications in production environments
  • Understanding of performance optimization, reliability, and maintainable code practices
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter with high ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
