About the role
- Controller managing financial reporting and budget planning for tech solutions at PROCITEC. Collaborating intensively with teams on project controlling and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, including forecasts
- Prepare and support budget planning
- Operational project controlling for our customer projects
- Assist with the year-end closing under German GAAP (HGB)
- Provide support for our subsidiary AmpSpec as part of the service agreement
- You will work in a family-like environment with short lines of communication, direct exchange and genuine team spirit
- Your ideas are heard — whether when optimizing our controlling tools or when helping to set up our new U.S. subsidiary
- You will learn the reporting standards of our parent company, become familiar with our projects and gradually take over operational controlling
- You will also closely monitor the year-end closing and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling or finance
- Excellent Excel skills
- Proficient in using ERP systems
- Excellent German skills, good English skills
- You work reliably, keep an overview and deliver results people can depend on
