About the role

  • Senior Budget Analyst developing budget templates and collaborating with healthcare teams at Planned Parenthood. Ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency in budget management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain budget templates
  • Collaborate with Health Center Operations on the development, management and oversight of healthcare programs and clinics
  • Perform Budget to Actual variance analysis, highlighting reasons for variances
  • Prepare financial statements by health center location and related variance analysis
  • Identify and monitor key KPI’s, including PPFA Scorecard items

Requirements

  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with progressive experience in budgeting, financial planning or healthcare finance, preferably within a nonprofit or public-sector healthcare organization.
  • Ability to work Hybrid at either a NYC location or Schenectady, NY.
