Responsibilities
Support in-house legal team by conducting legal research and analyzing complex legal issues
Assist with litigation and intellectual property matters
Work closely with the Associate General Counsel and General Counsel to develop practical legal skills
Conduct legal research using Bloomberg Law and other resources, preparing clear and concise legal memoranda
Assist with litigation support, including document reviewing and providing summaries and analysis
Review and analyze the company's intellectual-property portfolio to identify gaps in coverage and provide strategic recommendations
Support intellectual-property initiatives and trademark management processes
Collaborate with the legal team on various projects as they arise
Participate in meetings and build relationships with other interns across departments
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school with strong grades. Ideal candidates are rising 2L students. Exceptional undergraduate students considering law school may also be considered.
Able to work up to 40 hours per week throughout the course of a 10 to 12-week summer internship between May through September 2026.
Proficient in legal research methodologies and platforms.
Strong legal writing skills with the ability to produce clear, well-organized memoranda. Must submit a short (2-5 page) writing sample with application.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrates initiative, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
