About the role

  • Support the day-to-day Accounts Payable operations.
  • Process supplier invoices from verification to payment release.
  • Maintain accurate vendor records and assist in month-end closing activities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
  • Contribute to achieving service level targets and performance KPIs.
  • Take part in initiatives to improve efficiency and automation in AP processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is an advantage.
  • Some experience in Finance or Accounting (internship or entry-level role).
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn in an international environment.
