About the role

  • Regional Sales Manager leading sales performance and growth for Philips' Image-Guided Therapy Devices. Requires significant medical sales experience and a bachelor's degree in related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales performance and sales growth over multiple territories.
  • Develop annual sales plans, strategies, and tactics for the region.
  • Coordinate with various business leaders to develop valid, effective, and realistic objectives.
  • Evaluate market/customer trends and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Execute the sales plan to meet company business objectives.
  • Manage time in the field with individual sales employees and focus on strategic challenges.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ sales experience, with at least 5 within the medical industry.
  • 2+ years’ previous supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
  • Successful track record of coaching and developing, sales growth and new business development.
  • Ability to work with complex issues and build long-term strategies.
  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
