About the role
- Bilingual Therapist providing individual and family therapy in Spanish and English at Aryana Wellness Center. Supporting diverse and underserved populations with culturally responsive care in a hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy services in Spanish and English
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EHR
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Participate in supervision and team meetings
- Support continuity of care and care coordination when needed
- Uphold ethical and legal standards per BBS guidelines
Requirements
- Active California license or associate registration (AMFT, ASW, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW)
- Fluency in Spanish (speaking and writing preferred)
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Strong assessment and clinical skills
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care
- Experience with Medi-Cal populations preferred
- EMDR training is a plus (not required)
